Every season so far asked you to hold EPOCH. This one asks you to burn it. Three counters, three things to take home, and the EPOCH you spend is destroyed rather than collected.
Nothing here is a trade and nothing comes back. What you burn leaves the supply for good, and the counters run until the shelf behind them is empty.
Summer is over, but the doubling is still claimable. The lock contract has no expiry, so nothing about Autumn closes it.
